Adam Kerrigan began his Las Vegas-based MSP, EndevTec, in 2009. After building a collaborative relationship with a local competitor, Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), Adam partnered up in 2018 when his MSP was acquired. In 2021, Adam was asked to create and lead a new Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Division. Having completed over sixteen M&A transactions, Adam and ITS are now frequently sought-after speakers and contributors in the channel on the subject of M&A. In his off time, Adam is a competitive World Champion powerlifter holding multiple national and world records.
