Gavin Garbutt and Derik Belair are very excited to introduce Augmentt, which we founded with the goal of becoming the leading SaaS Management Platform for MSPs managing small and medium enterprises. We will achieve this goal thanks to partner feedback, lessons learned during our N-able and SolarWinds days and our passion to make our partners the world’s leading MSPs.
As modern IT moves ever faster into the cloud, leading MSPs are evolving their services model from Proactive to Optimized Managed Services. This means helping customers build an optimized stack of cloud services and SaaS applications, that will drive employee performance, corporate growth and control IT costs. This is a significant shift for MSPs, much like the introduction of Managed Services was 20 years ago.
Recent global events have only accelerated the need for businesses to modernize IT in order to better manage remote workers and the ever-increasing number of SaaS applications. In order for MSPs to deliver Managed SaaS services, they will need new tools and processes to manage SaaS applications equally to on-premise IT.
