Thank you for starting your Augmentt Product Evaluation and Trial

 

Here are a few resources that will help you through this technical process.

  • Support
    1. Technical Support is available to you whenever you need it. Simply email us at Support@Augmentt.com and a ticket will be automatically created. Someone from our support team will be happy to answer any and all of your questions.
    2. The Augmentt Support Portal is also a great destination should you want to access our product knowledge base. Please checkout augmentt.com
  • Weekly Product Demo and Technical Q&A
    1. We offer a weekly Demo and a weekly interactive Q&A session. These are designed for those who are trying out the Augmentt software, to pose questions that may have come up during their eval. We encourage you to register here: https://try.augmentt.com/demo_org001
  • Your dedicated Sales and SE resources
    1. We encourage you to send your technical questions, comments and/or feedback directly to your dedicated Sales and SE resources – They are your representative through this process and can answer all of your business and technical questions. Sales@Augmentt.com

 

Suggested Evaluation process

We know you are busy and that is why we have designed a simple step-by-step guide to helping you get the most out of your Augmentt technical evaluation process. We suggest that you use this trial period to deploy the Augmentt solution internally rather than on a customer site.

 

Step 1: Deploy the Augmentt Agent to a single machine.

  • Benefits: This gives you a very simple and effective way to see data flowing into the Augmentt system.
  • Estimated time: 15-30 min
  • Level of Effort: Low
  • Access required: System Admin

 

Step 2: Deploy the Augmentt solution internally, via Agent or Agent-less

  • Benefits: You will see the data from your entire organization flowing into the system
  • Estimated time: 1 hour
  • Level of Effort: Med
  • Access required: Network Admin

 

Step 3: Test the customization capabilities of the Augmentt solution by editing and updating the details of your discovered SaaS applications.

  • Benefits: The data will become much more meaningful once you have customized the security and categorization of your discovered SaaS Apps.
  • Estimated time: 30 min
  • Level of Effort: Low
  • Access required: Augmentt system access

 

Once you have completed the 3 steps above, we encourage you to provide feedback to your Sales and Engineering resources, who will then provide you with next steps. It is as simple as that!
